As many of you know, Graham Lake was admitted to Children's hospital last night and is in critical condition in the ICU.and has been diagnosed with Sepsis (a dangerous blood infection) and are right now assuming that he has bacterial menangitis. He has just gone through an MRI and they are about to get the results. I will post as soon as I hear. The next 24 hours are critical for him and as you can imagine this has been an extremely trying time for Jacque and Bo. They will be trying some medicines and hopefully this will help to stabilize him. Right now he is sedated from the MRI so they will wait to see his responsiveness.
The are on the 11th floor at Children's in room 254. The number is 214-867-1254 but may want to check before visiting as they are still running a lot of tests.

Jacque, Bo and Lucas - We will keep you and Graham in our daily prayers. Please know we will do anything we can to help. We are happy to host Lucas at any time. I know CJ and Jenna would love to have him over. John or I can also easily crash at your house overnight if Lucas needs to sleep in his own bed while you both are at the hospital. ReplyDeleteI'm a friend of Laura's. I will definitely pray for Graham... I'm sending up some prayers as I type... may Jesus and His angels and saints watch over Graham. May He hold him in the palm of His han. May He heal him and keep him safe.

Mom and I are keeping Graham in our prayers. As a nurse, she was glad to hear he is at Children's. He will get the best of care there. Your family was there for me with Dad; please know that whatever I can do I want you to call on me. I'm happy to help with Brooks and Bella and Lucas.
